FARMS selling under the hammer are making huge prices this autumn.

The Weekly Times’ auction list, compiled by information supplied by leading real estate agents, details how much farms in Victoria and the Riverina have sold for at auction – as well as those which fail to sell.

Recently, a cropping and grazing property at Milbrulong in the NSW Riverina sold for $8.4 million.

The 954ha property, Karbarook, was sold by Richard Simpson.
