The seafood hotpot strewn with Hokkien noodles, chunks of fish, silky scallops and fat prawns in a creamy sweet chilli sauce is almost too intense, while the chicken mignon succeeds in combining the flavours of chicken, prawn and bacon without wiping any of the tastes out.
