Sicily has come to Seven Hills in the form of this sprawling function centre, where diners are treated to traditional southern Italian fare. Start with a caprese salad, which balances fresh tomato and basil with a generous ball of creamy buffalo mozzarella. The risotto and pasta dishes are rich and artfully presented, while the galletto del forno arrives in a rustic pan filled with a whole spatchcock and rosemary potatoes fresh out of the wood-fired oven.
