BiancoNero Espresso
Tapas
The picture on the wall of a shiraz-coloured brew bubbling through a portafilter is pure coffee porn, as is the scent of warming beans wafting through the small, dark room and out through the bi-fold windows. BiancoNero's bandana'd baristas make good on all the atmospheric tease: one of Sutherland's more superior caffe lattes is rich, strong and fruity, with a spicy back-of-the-mouth kick on its way down ($3.50). There are other nice touches - muffins and sandwiches are served on small wooden boards, and gentle Kanye tunes provide the soundtrack for your affair with the bean. Also at 36 St Pauls St, Randwick.
