The Momofuku craze has made it to Mooroopna, with pork-belly buns (steamed bread pockets) popping up on the menu at this stellar little Asian eatery. The no-frills setting may speak of the '70s, but the menu is thoroughly modern. Smoked salmon sashimi with soy 'caviar' and a checkerboard dessert of fried banana and cubes of butterscotch jelly are brilliant.
