Man dies after crashing BMW at Gympie; grave fears after South Burnett crash
A man, 28, has died after crashing a BMW in the early hours of the morning.

A Gympie man has died after crashing a BMW in the early hours of Friday, one of two serious crashes within four hours.
Emergency services rushed to Sorensen Road near Serenity Drive at Gympie just before 1am.
Police said initial investigations indicate, a grey BMW was travelling along Sorensen St when it has left the roadway.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 28-year-old Southside man, was declared dead at the scene.
In a separate crash in the South Burnett, there are grave fears for a person.
Emergency services rushed to the scene about 5am after reports a car had crashed into a tree on the Bunya Highway at Manyung, near Goomeri.
Paramedics assessed a patient with life-threatening injuries.
A man was also treated with arm and pelvic injuries and was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
Diversions are in place in a section of Barambah Road and delays are expected for some time.
