A celebration of the seasons, each Agrarian Experience is at least six months in the making from planting to harvest. The day includes foraging, harvesting, cooking, learning, eating and drinking, beginning with the whole class donning their gumboots and foraging in the garden for the produce. Rodney Dunn ensures you will learn the process and techniques of cooking with what you get up and close with. The class goes from 9am to 4.30pm and is $385 per person.
