A COAL River Valley vineyard that gets its name from the boot-shaped outline of the property will be rebooted this weekend.
Paul and Lynda Williams with their son Isaac took on the Wobbly Boot vineyard on the banks of the White Kangaroo Rivulet in May last year.
They will launch their first vintage at an open weekend from 11am-5pm.
“We are creating a unique vineyard experience of vine to glass in a casual environment based on our travel experiences overseas, especially in Italy,’’ Mr Williams said. “We want to bring fun back into tasting wine.’’
The family plans to customise vineyard experiences for visitors and run fun events.
“Our aim is to produce world-class wines by drawing upon organic, sustainable and permaculture practices,” he said.
The open weekend is at 487 White Kangaroo Rd, Campania. Visit www.wobblybootvineyard.com.au
