A pub in the Toowoomba region’s northernmost small town has hit the market, with the venue sporting a price tag of more than $1m.
Yarraman’s Royal Hotel on Toomey Street is for sale through Bundaberg agency CBD Realty.
The freehold sale, priced at $1.25m, includes the restaurant, bar, bottle shop and accommodation.
According to the online listing, the property offers a 10 per cent net return, with the leaseholder to pay for all maintenance costs.
“The complex is on two levels with lounge and public bars, gaming area, bistro, bottle shop and an entertainment garden area,” it said.
“In addition there are six accommodation rooms to let, with one being the manager’s residence.
“The fittings and equipment belong with the freehold, with the lessee responsible for its ongoing maintenance.”
The Royal Hotel is one of only two pubs in the town, with the other being the Yarraman Hotel Motel.
According to RP Data, the property was last sold in 2009 to a family in Highfields.
