Teenager rushed to hospital after Toowoomba crash

A teenage girl has been taken to hospital after she suffered injuries in a crash in Toowoomba on Friday night.

The two-vehicle incident on the intersection of South and West Streets in Harristown was reported to emergency services just before 10.30pm.

The women in her late teens was treated for arm injuries and taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.

Man injured in motorcycle crash

A motorcycle rider has been injured after he came off his vehicle just east of Toowoomba on Saturday.

Paramedics were called to the scene of the crash on Kherim Road in Murphys Creek in the Lockyer Valley about 4.10pm.

The man in his 50s reported suffering from leg and shoulder injuries and was taken to St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Toowoomba in a stable condition.

Rollover on Western Downs leads to hospital visit

A man has been rushed to hospital after the vehicle he was in rolled over in the Western Downs region on Friday night.

Emergency services were alerted to the incident on Dalby Kogan Rd at Kogan at 10.40pm.

Paramedics treated a man in his 40s with head injuries and he was taken to Dalby Hospital in a stable condition.

Woman injured after car hits kangaroo

A woman has declined a trip to hospital despite being injured when her car hit a kangaroo west of Charleville on Friday night.

The incident on Adavale Rd at Ward was reported just after 7.30pm, with paramedics from Charleville attending the scene.

The woman in her 40s reported injuries but refused a visit to hospital.

No one injured in Gatton house fire

Fire investigators are looking into the cause of a blaze that started inside a two-storey house in Gatton on Friday night.

Four Queensland Fire Department crews from Gatton attended the incident on Fitzroy St, with reports of heavy smoke coming from the property.

The fire appears to have started on the ground floor, with first responders finishing at the scene before 10pm.

The Fire Investigation Unit is on scene to probe the factors.

Paramedics did not have to assess or transport anyone to hospital.
