Helicopter Pub Crawl. For Real.

The weather’s getting warmer, the days are getting longer, and you know what that means – prime conditions for a pub crawl.

We’ve created the ultimate pub crawl for you, combining a list of six of Toowoomba’s newest bars and breweries for you to hit up along the way.

Fuel up on food, and decide where you’re going to get your filthy post-night out feed in the morning, because it’s going to be a big night, with lots of good drinks.

Hint: Catch an uber or dob someone in as a designated driver – it's going to be a long journey.

Here’s what you need to know about the places on the map:

Stop one: Mouse Proof Brewery

Start off your pub crawl on a high with Mouse Proof Brewery – their newly opened Brook Street venue is perfect for those that love a beer or a few, and the team of six co-founders boast an extensive list of brews on tap.

They also stock local liquors, like the spirits from the Pechey Distillery.

Our pick: Little Prick – Prickly Pear Gose or Night Walker Pale Ale

Stop two: 4 Brothers Brewing Brewhouse

New to the city CBD as of July this year, The Brewhouse is another local brewery that deserves love from locals.

The trendy taphouse turned “brew-pub” also boasts an extensive menu of delicious eats.

Our pick: The Beer Cocktails – an innovative new concept but well worth a try

Stop three: Cork and Lever

It’s almost been a year with Cork and Lever on the scene and what a year it’s been.

With wines, spirits, cocktails, and snacks this is the perfect place to take a break from the delicious brews and delve into some cocktails.

Our pick: The Solera Sour

Stop four: Uva

Continuing on your pub crawl turned wine tour, head to Uva wine bar next – another new addition to Toowoomba’s CBD.

The team at Uva focus specifically on wine and gin, and their wine list has something for everyone.

Our pick: For red wine lovers, the Thorn-Clarke “shotfire” Shiraz is for you. For white wine fans, the Murdoch Hills sauvignon blanc is a winner.

Stop five: Bodega

We’ve had breweries, we’ve had wine bars – now for a mix of everything.

Bodega will satisfy every customer whether you’re a cocktail lover, or a bit of a beer snob.

Another plus is the live music.

The bar supports local artists with live performances.

Our pick: The Spiced Paloma

Final stop: Proof BBQ and Booze

Hungry?

Proof has you covered.

The new Toowoomba CBD venue has a focus on slow-cooked brisket and boutique spirits, and the smoked meats are unrivalled.

It’s the perfect feed for a big night out.

Our pick: The burnt ends
