Teen in hospital after bike crash

The LifeFlight helicopter crew has taken a teenage boy to hospital, after a motorbike crash on a rural property near Nanango.

It’s believed the boy lost control of the bike and struck a tree.

The chopper was tasked to the scene about 4.30pm Thursday.

He was treated by both Queensland Ambulance Service and LifeFlight staff on the scene for possible head and neck injuries.

The teen was then flown to Toowoomba Hospital for further assessment and treatment.

Paramedics rush man to hospital in Toowoomba

A two-vehicle crash in Toowoomba’s western suburbs has left a man in hospital on Friday morning.

The incident was reported to emergency services just before 9am on the corner of Boundary Road and Taylor Street in Torrington.

Four patients were assessed, including a man in his 50s with neck and shoulder pains.

He was taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.

Crash leaves two people with injuries

Two people have been rushed to hospital following a two-vehicle crash near the centre of Toowoomba on Thursday night.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash on the intersection of Ruthven and Long Streets in South Toowoomba about 6.15pm.

Two people were assessed and taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
