Toowoomba crash: Woman injured in two-vehicle collision on Tor St, Newtown

A two-vehicle crash has left a young woman in hospital on one of Toowoomba’s busiest streets.

A young woman has been taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash on one of Toowoomba’s busiest streets.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the incident on Tor St in Newtown, between Taylor St and Hursley Rd, just before 7.30pm Sunday.

Reports suggest the car came off the road as a result of the crash and hit a residential property’s mailbox.

Paramedics treated a woman in her 20s with minor injuries and she was taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
