Emergency services have responded to a two-vehicle crash which caused traffic headaches for motorists during the city’s afternoon peak hour.

Fire crews and paramedics were called to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of West and Margaret streets about 4.45pm Thursday.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics assessed three patients at the scene, an adult and two children, however all declined transport to hospital.

The incident caused delays at the CBD intersection as crews worked to clear the scene.
