Man transported to hospital after alleged 7-Eleven wounding
A man has been transported in serious condition following an alledged stabbing which took place at a Toowoomba service station earlier this morning.

EARLIER: Both the Queensland Police Service and Queensland Ambulance Service were alerted to an alleged stabbing incident at a 7-Eleven service station in Toowoomba this morning.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman confirmed police were alerted to an incident at the 7-Eleven on Bridge Street and Hillview Avenue in Newtown at 10.06am following alleged reports of a wounding.
“The wounding incident allegedly involves a man who had been stabbed in the abdominal at the 7-Eleven,” he said.
“We don’t know how this incident occurred at this point in time and no one has been arrested yet.”
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics were dispatched to the scene at 10.05am.
“One crew attended the scene of an alleged stabbing at the 7-Eleven off Bridge Street in Newstown,” she said.
“Ambulance officers transported one man in a serious but stable condition to the Toowoomba Base Hospital.”
