Spots are filling up in a new bulky goods showroom on the fringe of the Toowoomba CBD, with just one tenancy still to be taken.
National retailer Highgrove Bathrooms is nearly finished with its new location on James Street in Toowoomba City.
The massive 2000 sqm building has been under construction for several months, with Highgrove to occupy the main tenancy.
It is understood vacuum store Godfrey’s has taken up the second tenancy, leaving just a 643 sqm space at the end still for lease.
DC Commercial’s Drew Camm said the tenancy would suit a fellow bulky goods retailer, such as appliances or furniture.
“To have such exciting retailers in a row and adjoining BCF creates a unique opportunity,” he said.
“With 40 onsite carparks, disabled-compliant amenities within the tenancy, delivery access at the rear and unrivalled exposure, this tenancy is an amazing opportunity for any business looking for a new location.
“Surrounded by a host of retailers in what could be considered as one of Toowoomba’s bulky goods/retail areas, this well located premises also provides incredible exposure to one of Toowoomba’s busiest streets.”
