In the current property market boom, homes in Warwick have been selling at record prices - with some stunning properties hitting over the million dollar mark.

Last year, one of the highest selling Warwick properties sold for a whopping $3.1 million and while no property has fetched for quite as high this year, many have neared the illustrious seven figures.

From country escapes to modern display homes, here are the biggest selling prime real estate to be sold this year:

This top selling home has panoramic mountain views of the countryside, and a productive farming and grazing land.

The 72-acre lot features a walk-in cold room plus a walk-in freezer and sold for well over a million this year in March.

With so many amazing features including a creek frontage and mountain views, it’s no wonder this property has been a landmark holding for the district.
