Long term developer Devcon has released 23 premium large land lots surrounded by the leafy Chamberlain Reserve in Little Mountain and only a few minutes away from Caloundra’s beaches.
Sales director Peter Latham said Highpoint Residences, a 15 hectare estate located on the corner of Bellvista Boulevard and Old Caloundra Rd, had lots ranging in size from 400sqm to 857sqm.
“It’s very hard to find large, flat lots of this size nestled in a leafy estate and so close to a beach as well as shops, schools and sporting facilities on the Sunshine Coast,” he said.
“These lots can accommodate a large array of designer home packages, each complete with all necessary underground services.

Highpoint Residences is nestled beside Chamberlain Reserve and within easy walking distance to spacious parks, picnic spots, bike paths and dog friendly areas as well local schools and some of the Coast’s most beautiful beaches, manicured parks and nature reserves.
