Tom Offermann Real Estate principal Tom Offermann sold the property in the 1980s for a then-record as the first Sunshine Coast property to break the magic million-dollar mark.

"It made headlines when I sold it in the 1980s with an old timber cottage on it because it was the first property to reach a million dollars.

Listing agent Nic Hunter is the man tasked with selling the blue chip beach pad which was recently completed.
