Former Premier League and Socceroo midfielder Brett Holman has kicked a goal with the recent sale of his Peregian Beach luxury home.
Holman and his wife Femke purchased the Avocet Pde four-bedroom home in June 2018 for $1.95 million.
Just two years later, the couple sold it for $2.55 million.
This luxurious residence designed by renowned architect Tim Ditchfield boasts sweeping blue water views and is just a two-minute walk to the beach.
The sun-drenched poolside deck, luxurious guest suite and media room make this Coast home an entertainer’s dream.
Holman runs a football Academy at St Andrews College in Peregian Springs.

The recent sale means he will now need to travel from his six-bedroom New Farm property, purchased for $2.43 million in September 2016.
Brett Holman has 63 caps for the Socceroos and played for English Premier League side Aston Villa in a career spanning 20 years.
He represented Australia at the 2004 Olympics in Athens and scored two goals in the 2010 World Cup.
Holman was voted the Australian player of the year in 2012.
