A man who caused a horror crash which left a motorcycle rider pinned under his car with serious injuries has pleaded guilty to multiple charges.

A Brisbane man has faced court after he caused a horror crash which left a motorcycle rider wedged under his ute with serious injuries.
Kangaroo Point man Enzo Andres Salazar Bravo, 40, appeared in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday where he pleaded guilty to dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing grievous bodily harm and failing to properly wear a seatbelt.
Court documents state Salazar Bravo was driving a car along Gannet St in Peregian Beach on February 7, 2023, when he collided with another man and caused him serious injury.
The documents state Salazar Bravo was not wearing a seatbelt properly at the time of the crash.
It is understood the man Salazar Bravo collided with was riding a motorcycle, which became wedged under the ute Salazar Bravo was driving, and was rushed to hospital in a serious condition with significant arm and leg injuries.
Maroochydore Magistrates Court was told Salazar Bravo, who doesn’t speak English well, was to be sentenced on Monday, but the court were unable to get ahold of a Spanish translator for him.
Magistrate Rod Madsen then adjourned the matter for Salazar Bravo to be sentenced on March 4.
