Police are investigating a crash between a vehicle and motorcycle on a Sunshine Coast street that left a man with significant leg injuries.

A man has been injured in a crash between a motorcycle and car on a busy Sunshine Coast street.
Emergency crews were called to the incident about 10.40am today, April 10, after a 10.21am crash on Ball St and Anzac Ave.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said a Mazda CX-3 collided with a Harley Davidson XI1200.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said five paramedic crews were at the scene.
He said a 47-year-old Maroochydore man was treated for “significant” lower leg injuries and transported in a stable condition to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
The police spokeswoman said the driver and passenger of the car, an 87-year-old Maroochydore woman and a 69-year-old Noosaville woman, were not physically injured.
She confirmed the Forensic Crash Unit was investigating the crash, and were calling for anyone with relevant information, including dashcam footage, to contact police.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said all people were accounted for and firefighters were making the scene safe.
