An alleged outlaw bikie associate arrested in gang squad raids with an alleged heroin stash on the Sunshine Coast has been returned to custody.

Jeremy Scott Campbell’s conditional liberty was short lived with Maroochydore Magistrates Court hearing on Wednesday he was back in jail after breaching his parole.

The move came after the Mountain Creek man had his home raided by Sunshine Coast gang squad detectives on May 21 in relation to drugs.

Court documents revealed multiple vials and tablets of steroids partnered with two small bags of marijuana and drug utensils were allegedly found by police.

Police allege 1.5g of heroin was also found in a clip seal bag attached to a whiteboard with a magnet.

Detectives state in bail documents Campbell was on parole for serious drug trafficking offences and despite “being afforded such leniency” allegedly continued offending with narcotics.

Court documents state the 37-year-old was allegedly an “OMCG associate” with a “deplorable” drug history.

Police claim in court documents Campbell, who was born in Canberra, not only has an extensive history in NSW but also multiple entries in the ACT.

During his bail application last month, defence lawyer Jarrod Bell said the aspiring scaffolder’s charges were “considerably” less serious than what he was on parole for.

Acting Magistrate Anna Smith granted the Mountain Creek man bail to appear in court again on Wednesday, however he did not appear. He was instead represented by solicitor Ben Rynderman.

Mr Rynderman said he was a town agent for Bell Dore lawyers and told the court Campbell was in custody due to a breach of his parole.

He asked for an adjournment after submissions were sent to Campbell’s legal team.

Campbell’s matter will return to court on July 10 where he faces seven charges of possessing dangerous drugs and three of possessing utensils or pipes.
