11 Little Cove Road, Little Cove

A new product of designer Chris Clout promised for a prestigious corner in Noosa has been put up for auction.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom design planned for 11 Little Cove Rd, Little Cove has been listed by Tom Offermann Real Estate.

The listing describes the “serious play of art” captured within everything from glazed glass walls to a fireplace set in free-form stone alongside the flow of natural light and cool air throughout the property.

A large alfresco terrace with outdoor kitchen also accompanies the pool on the lower floor.

“It’s akin to a seat in nature’s theatre with a backdrop of the Noosa National Park,” the listing reads.

The property’s “elevated and engaged” design with its natural surroundings was a key feature of the brief, the listing stated.

The home will be constructed by Damien Davidson Builders.

35a Agnew Road, Mount Mellum

Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty’s Melissa Schembri and Daniel Rees listed the property at 35a Agnew Road, Mount Mellum, with an asking price of at least $15m.

The owner of the six-bedroom home, multi-exit tech entrepreneur Matthew Myers, decided to sell the “house of his dreams” in exchange for building a new property to welcome a baby.

The award-winning residence was designed by Sparks Architects, boasting the main residence, a one-bedroom guest lodge and a stand-alone workshop.

The 4.7ha property totals to six bedrooms, four bathrooms, three fireplaces and a heated swimming pool.

The home was designed with sustainability and the climate in mind, and has exceeded category five cyclone building standards.

Perched in the Glass House Mountains, the residence offers privacy and seclusion, with boutique shops and cafes not far away.

Mr Myers’ plans for his new home feature equestrian facilities and a go-kart track.

134 Valley Drive, Doonan

The residence dubbed “Blackwood” won the Sunshine Coast and Queensland HIA House of the Year award in 2024, and was short-listed for the Australian title.

Designed by Sarah Waller Architecture, the home features alfresco entertaining amenities, a 21m pool and five bedrooms with ensuites, including a separate, self-contained studio.

The pavilion style home provides a “semirural lifestyle” with connection to the outdoors, while remaining just a 20-minute journey to the beach.

Noosa Valley Country Club, as well as shops and schools, are also nearby.

The home has been listed for sale by Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty.

17 Mossman Court, Noosa Heads

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home on a waterfront cul-de-sac at Noosa Sound has been listed by Reed and Co Estate Agents.

The 390sq m residence, designed by Aboda Design Group, offers a heated saltwater pool, private jetty and a private beachfront section.

A 7m long fishpond with water feature and a spiral staircase also adorn the home, which has been labelled as a “Palm Springs-inspired masterpiece”.

Each bedroom is paired with an ensuite and a wheelchair-friendly lift is also installed.

Its 78 solar panels, water tank and self-managing pond filtration system have spearheaded sustainability efforts within the design.

17 Wyuna Drive, Noosaville

The four-bedroom waterfront residence along Noosa River, listed by Tom Offermann Real Estate, has been approved for holiday-letting year round.

With a sale price of $11.5m, the approval provides an opportunity for income generation through holiday letting when the residence is not in use by its future owners.

The 624sq m property is located at the “Hideaway Island” of Noosa Sound, a street boasting new luxury homes.

Its four bedrooms encompass a total of six beds for guests, with the master bedroom offering a private ensuite and river views.
