A man has died in hospital two weeks after a serious crash north of Brisbane.

Queensland Police’s Forensic Crash Unit was called to Bigmore Dr about 7.30pm on March 24 to reports of a two-car crash.

A QPD spokesman said a silver Mitsubishi ASX collided with a silver Ford Falcon, and initial reports stated the drivers were stable in a “non-life threatening” condition.

The 59-year-old driver of the Ford Falcon was taken to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, but he sadly died from his injuries on Monday, April 7.

Police investigations are continuing, and they are calling for anyone with relevant information to come forward.
