$12m in management rights for Noosa resorts up for grabs

Almost $12m of Noosa resort businesses have been listed for sale in the past month, offering potential buyers their own residences and a chance to enjoy the tourist mecca’s sun, surf and sand lifestyle.

This is your chance to become part of Noosa’s tourism scene with five businesses in the hotspot up for grabs.

Resorts and other accommodation businesses have been listed for sale in the past month offering management rights and onsite accommodation for buyers.

Clearwater Noosa

Clearwater Noosa has been put up for sale by Premier Business Sales for $2.2m for its management rights.

The resort offers a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom self-contained apartments as well as a penthouse with wheelchair accessible units available.

Three outdoor swimming pools, barbecue areas, undercover parking and Balinese gardens to enjoy are all part of the guest experience just 100m away from the Noosa River.

Alongside a renovated manager’s unit valued at $900,000, the listing promises a net profit of about $300,000 including a body corporate salary of $83,000.

Guests can also enjoy kayaking, wakeboarding, fishing and other water-based activities with the Noosa River right by the resort’s doorstep.

Noosa River Retreat

The management rights for Noosa River Retreat have been listed for sale by ResortBrokers, offering four-star accommodation in central Noosaville.

Offers from $2.085m are being accepted.

The package includes 16 short-stay, self-contained apartments alongside a renovated residence for the potential manager with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor area.

The listing stated the business exceeds a net yearly profit of $330,000 with a body corporate salary of $56,133.

Perfect for corporate stays and couples’ getaways, the resort is a short walk away from the water and dining experiences.

Noosa Gardens Riverside Resort

Noosa Gardens Riverside Resort has been listed accepting offers more than $1.38m by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast.

The resort sports 21 units across its 4385sq m site complete with a heated swimming pool, spa, barbecue area and beautiful gardens.

The next potential buyer will be able to enjoy a three-bedroom unit by reception with at least a 17-year lease for the property available.

Guests can enjoy the self-contained townhouses and expansive outdoor areas to bask in the sunshine and outdoors.

Picture Point Terraces

A luxury set of 13 units, including a four-bedroom penthouse, has been put up for sale by ResortBrokers for $3.8m.

The listing stated the luxury accommodation has a repeat guest rate of more than 72 per cent and many guests have been of high status, leaving high ratings.

The new manager will be able to enjoy similar sophistication of the two-bedroom residence valued at $2.4m.

A 10-year lease is available with a possibility to extend the agreement and the listing states the deal comes with a $78,304 remuneration a year.

The premises are surrounded by lush rainforest with gorgeous panoramic ocean views from each open-planned living accommodation.

Twin Quays Noosa

Twin Quays Noosa has been listed for sale by ResortBrokers at an asking price of $2.52m for its management rights.

Near Gympie Terrace and Noosa River, guests staying in studio or up to two-bedroom apartments can enjoy the heated pool, spa, gardens and common area with barbecue.

Alongside the option of off-site living, the manager’s residence provides three bedrooms for its future buyers.

The listing states net yearly profit will exceed $315,000 per year with a body corporate salary of $68,456 alongside secured business by agreements spanning 23 years.
