Motocross crash leaves young man with severe leg injury on Nanango-Tarong Road

A young man has suffered a serious leg injury following a motocross crash near Nanango late Thursday morning.

Emergency crews were called to a property on Nanango Tarong Rd just after 11am after a man crashed his motorbike.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a man in his 20s had sustained a serious leg injury following a motocross incident.

The spokeswoman said emergency crews were on the scene providing medical treatment to the injured man.

“He’s sustained a nasty leg injury after a motocross crash,” she said.

He was flown to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
