Child rushed to hospital after Nanango accident

A primary school student was hit by a car in Nanango at 3.30pm on Monday.
The child sustained serious injuries to their head and legs, emergency services reported.
A QAS spokesman said the incident occurred near the roundabout at Gipps Street and Alfred St, Nanango.
Paramedics arrived on the scene shortly after and transported the child to Kingaroy Hospital.
