Police investigate after man wounded at private property in Brassall

Police are investigating after a man was seriously wounded at a home in Brassall.

A man in his 40s has been transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition after an incident at a home in Brassall.

Emergency services were called to a residential property on Robinson Street at 12.39pm on Monday after reports of a disturbance.

A man was discovered at the property suffering from a penetrating wound to the abdomen, and remains in a serious condition.

A Queensland Police spokesman confirmed two people are helping police with their investigation.
