He was also convicted of fraud, receiving stolen goods, break and enter, wilful damage, breaching bail, twice discharging a weapon in a public place, unlawful possession of a weapon, and multiple other counts of hooning, speeding and driving unlicensed,

Magistrate Bevan Hughes described Richardson as a danger to himself and other users of the road.

“It terrifies me that you have been speeding to 100 and 200 in a 60km zone,” Mr Hughes said.

“It terrifies me that you are going to be on the roads, and terrifies me that you are going to be on the roads with this kind of reckless driving.

“The way that you drive on the roads is dangerous, your either going to end up killing yourself or killing other road users.

“Sitting behind you is a gentleman who is here backing you, he cares for you and he loves you, and what you’re doing is breaking his heart.

“It’s time for you to grow up, it’s time for you to be a better person and it’s time for you to be the son that your father deserves.

“It doesn’t impress me what you are doing with yourself, its impresses me when you do something good that makes your father proud and that’s what’s cool and that’s what life is about.”
