A man has been charged with dangerous driving and callous disregard after allegedly leaving the scene of a crash in Maryborough.

A man charged with dangerous driving and leaving the scene of a crash fronted court in Maryborough on Tuesday.
Jake Kyle Holz appeared before Maryborough Magistrates Court on charges of dangerous driving, drink driving, failing to remain at the scene of an incident and render assistance, showing callous disregard, and failing to comply with the duties of a driver involved in a crash.
The matter was briefly mentioned before the court, with lawyer Warren Hunter saying the matter needed to be adjourned for case conferencing.
The charges related to a two-car crash on Ferry St on December 22, 2023, which resulted in two injured people being taken to hospital.
The matter was adjourned until March 25, 2025.
