A Hervey Bay father who police allege is a prolific drug dealer with violent tendencies had his matter mentioned again on Monday, May 26.
Daryl David Hall, 37, was briefly mentioned in the Maryborough Magistrates Court after being charged with three counts of trafficking in dangerous drugs, five of possessing dangerous drugs, receiving or possessing property obtained from trafficking or supplying, using a carriage service to make a threat to kill, wilful damage, four counts of choking/strangulation/suffocation, four counts of assaults occasioning bodily harm, four counts of common assault, one count of possessing shortened firearms and three of anything used in the commission of a crime.

In November, Police Prosecutor Sonia Edwards said charges stemmed from a combination of drug-related and domestic violence allegations.
Mr Hall’s defence lawyer, Travis George of Suthers George, said he had a telephone conference with his client last week and now has instructions for a registry committal.
The matter was once again adjourned to June 17, so Mr George could gain more instructions from Mr Hall.
