Man in his 50s rushed to hospital after Meandarra crash involving truck and road train

A man has been lucky to avoid serious injury after his truck was sideswiped by a road train, causing it to flip. Find out more.

A man in his 50s has been taken to Tara Hospital after his truck was struck by a road train in Meandarra.

Emergency services attended the crash on Condamine Meandarra Rd and Western Rd about 5.51pm after reports a truck had been sideswiped, causing it to roll.

The truck driver was transported to the Tara Hospital in a stable condition with leg and hip pain.

The cause of the crash is currently being investigated.
