A 17-year-old teenager has been charged after a 51-year-old man was allegedly stabbed in the head with a knife at a private home.
Police and paramedics were called the Bundaberg residence at 5.42am Sunday morning.
A Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman said the man was taken to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition following the alleged attack, which was reportedly domestic violence-related.
Police have charged the teenager with unlawful wounding; he is due to appear in Bundaberg Children’s Court Monday.
