Josephine Leigh Raines charged with fraud

A young Bundaberg mother will face court again in May on multiple charges, including fraud and attempted stealing.

Young mother Josephine Leigh Raines has fronted Bundaberg Magistrates Court on multiple charges, including attempted theft and fraud.

Ms Raines entered no plea when she faced court on Monday on two charges of fraud, dishonest application of property of another, and one charge of attempted stealing.

Her bail was enlarged and she will face court again on Friday, May 30, 2025.

She is accused of an Anzac weekend break-in which allegedly caused tens of thousands of dollars of damage to a Childers dental clinic.
