David Mallett, 63, from the Sunshine Coast, was visiting Bundaberg for work and walking along a footpath on Bourbong St on Monday night he was killed by Robert Noel Fisher when he took off at speed from a traffic light and lost control near Red Rooster on the corner of Bourbong and Bingera Streets.
Bianca Jade Hagart Todd, 33, and co-accused Kyle William Kelly picked a man up in their car and offered him a lift on the night of June 29 in a terrifying and violent ordeal that ended in him being stabbed and hit with a car.

Gavin Mark Warren Lovejoy, 28, broke into the home of a woman through a bathroom window and crawled into her bed where he “cuddled” his sleeping victim, causing her to wake up screaming.
