The charges related to failure to provide appropriate living conditions, failure to provide appropriate food and failure to provide treatment for disease or injury.

Harri Lliam Howells, 18, covered 80 per cent of the floor of the Bundaberg police watch house with his own blood and proceeded to make ‘snow angels’ in it after being locked up for throwing a blood-soaked bandage at an officer.
