Bundaberg woman charged with rape, making child abuse material

A Bundaberg woman has faced court on charges of distributing and making child exploitation material and indecent treatment of a child under her care, and multiple counts of rape.

A woman has been charged with three counts of rape and possessing/making child exploitation material.

A Bundaberg woman faced court on Friday on charges of distributing child exploitation material and indecent treatment of a child under 16, specifically a child under 12 years who is a lineal descendant, guardian, or caretaker.

The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was also charged with six counts of making child exploitation material, two counts of possessing child exploitation material, and three counts of rape.

Her case was adjourned to August 20 for a committal mention at 9am, and she was granted bail for all charges.
