Bundaberg police call for information into theft at Moorlands

Police are calling for information after alleged serial thieves once again struck a Bundaberg region property.

According to the Bundaberg Police Service, the home on Moorlands Rd has been hit by the same thieves a number of times between December 2021 and March 2022, and have stolen everything from farm machinery, hand tools and welding gear to antique tools now, a boat and trailer.

Police have issued a reminder to those in rural and regional areas to remember their property needs to be locked away.

The data showed that while Bundaberg Central had the highest numbers of crime, the smaller suburbs were not immune.
