Four patients have been rushed to Bundaberg Hospital following a multi-vehicle crash on Windermere Rd.
Just before 8am on Monday, emergency services responded to a reports of a multi-vehicle crash.
Early reports indicated five patients were being assessed at the scene, with three likely to be transported to hospital.
One of the patients was extricated from a vehicle.
A spokeswoman for emergency services said four patients were transported to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
