Banjo’s Bakery drive-through coming to Kepnock after $63K approval

Kepnock is set to welcome a new drive-through dining option, with Banjo’s Bakery getting the green light to open in the growing town centre precinct.
The popular bakery chain, known for its fresh pastries, sandwiches, and coffee, will join a McDonald’s already approved for the area.
Banjo’s, which operates 47 locations across Australia, is also planning new stores in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay.
The Kepnock store will feature a 267.5m² single-storey building with a drive-through that can accommodate up to seven vehicles, along with 15 carparks and four bicycle spaces.
Landscaping around the site will maintain clear sightlines along Santalucia Boulevard while softening hardstand areas.
Bundaberg Regional Council approved the development on March 18, with a Total Adopted Infrastructure Charge of $63,348.90.
With construction now a step closer, Kepnock locals will soon have a new spot to grab a coffee and a bite on the go.
