Pho Minh

Vietnamese

Join the mix of feasting families, couples and no-nonsense solo diners in this functional stalwart eatery (yes, it’s had a recent reno, but its charm is of a strictly low-key sort). The menu traverses the usual cracked and steamed rice dishes, dry noodle options and a few entrees too - the ricepaper rolls are stellar. But as the name suggests, it’s really all about the pho here, with eight varieties to choose from including the novel satay beef pho. There’s dac biet or ‘special’ pho, too, complete with beef tendons, beef balls, brisket and slices of raw sirloin.
