There are now five Chat Thais in town, yet you’ll still find a line of people outside the original, seven nights a week. It’s not without good reason. Every dish has a little somethin’ extra, whether it be caramelised tamarind relish dripping over fresh smoked fish spring rolls, pineapple chunks sweetening the massaman curry or the five spices on the wok-fried ‘emerald’ duck. The warehouse-style setting is mighty trendy, too.
