Brady's Railway Hotel
13.5/20
Modern Australian$$
Just a hop, skip and jump from the Albury railway station, Brady's was a watering hole for thousands of interstate passengers forced to change trains in Albury and for the hundreds of workers at the railway yards. It is now home to the famous $10 rump steak (300 grams) available every day for lunch and dinner. The extensive menu features some great dishes, such as the Railway signature - a 400-gram scotch fillet topped with prawns and calamari, smothered in a creamy seafood sauce. The bistro offers daily specials, such as a mini mixed grill for $13.50, and a roast and dessert for $16.90 on Sundays.
