(Not really, there are plenty of good organic breads such as Irish soda and sour cherry sourdough, as well as a few amusingly named 'muffin tops'.) Claiming the title of Sydney's oldest sourdough bakery, Bowan Island is 20 years old this year, and will celebrate by doing a bit of a reno and adding a few more, much-needed, tables and chairs.
