In a building that has claimed the life of many a decent restaurant, the Potsticker seems to have perfected the recipe for this tricky corner site. Partitions make the cavernous space feel cosy and there's a knockout water feature with pink neon cherry blossoms, miniature cascades and goldfish. Start with the signature pan-fried beef 'potsticker' dumplings or smoky, perfectly textured steamed seafood wonton, before graduating to mains of shredded beef, crispy Nonya-style chicken or super-tender salt and pepper calamari. Vegetarian and gluten-free options (ask for the separate menu) also impress.
