Want to buy a hatted Sydney restaurant? Or at least the premises to house one?

Acme, home of Mitch Orr's macaroni with pig's head, isn't named in an online advertisement from restaurant, cafe and hospitality broker Michael Fischer & Associates. But photographs of the Bayswater Road restaurant appear in a flyer for a Rushcutters Bay venue for sale.

But forget snapping up the cheeky Acme moniker. It isn't part of any potential sale.

Fischer confirmed the site is all yours for $195,000.
