If you ever wanted to eat sushi off upturned sake crates while listening to pumping house music, this is the restaurant for you. Set against a backdrop of carefully mismatched wallpaper and graffiti, this tapas bar oozes cool. The garlic popping prawns are firm and juicy, while a waiter dressed in boardshorts serves the market-fresh sashimi on ice. Try the rich beef brisket cubes, as well as a plate of nigiri: five succulent slivers of blow-torched salmon. The dessert menu is simple, but finish with a nip of sake, served in a small ornate pot with matching cups.
