Mango and peach salsa

Refreshing, cool and spicy. Eat as is or add some excitement to fish, chook or tortilla chips.

Ingredients
2 cups mango, large dice
2 cups peaches or nectarines, pitted and chopped
¼ tsp sea salt
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh basil or coriander, chopped
½ small chilli, diced
2 tbsp ginger juice (finely grated then squeezed)
¼ cup fresh lime juice
Method
In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, peaches, salt, basil or coriander, garlic, chilli, ginger and lime juice.
Chill for two hours before serving.
Makes 4 cups
