According to NT Police, a man in his 50s has been reported to be driving a silver Ford Ranger utility and following, photographing and approaching children.
Watch Commander Len Turner said police are actively searching for the car and the driver.
“We ask anyone who may have seen this vehicle or who has been approached to contact us on 131 444.”
Parents and carers are encouraged to remind children of the 3 R’s:
R – RECOGNISE danger
R – REACT by yelling out an running and running away
R – REPORT to a trusted adult
